Sherry Mollo is the Team's Office Manager and Closing Coordinator. Her number one priority is communication. She is responsible for providing timely, accurate information to Judy, her buyers, and sellers, and the McCutchin Team.

As Closing Coordinator, Sherry takes the real estate transaction from the contract to closing. She is the liaison between buyer or seller, title companies, lenders, warranty companies, and co-op agents. Her main objective is bringing every transaction to a smooth, successful close.

Sherry brings a wealth of real estate and home building experience to the team. Sherry has worked for three major home builders in the metroplex as well as managed a successful RE/MAX office in Branson, Missouri.
