Judy
McCutchin of dallashomes.com provides
Private Websuites for Dallas-area buyers and
sellers
(Dallas, TX - Jan. 17,
2002) - Dallas-area home buyers and sellers now
have access to
private on-line communications centers
during their real estate transactions through Judy
McCutchin, award-winning Dallas RE/MAX associate. Called Private Websuites, the innovative technique provides a
full bill of instant communications on
transactions through her award-winning Web site,
dallashomes.com.
Ms.
McCutchin, whose advanced high-tech innovations
have brought her international attention, was a
featured speaker at the recent National
Association of Realtors convention in Chicago,
demonstrating the latest developments in real
estate sales using technology. NAR
recently named her Web site the most sophisticated
real estate site on the Internet.
Nationally
recognized by RE/MAX as a Lifetime Achievement
winner, she is a long-time member of the RE/MAX
Hall of Fame and winner of the company's
Platinum Club Award yearly since 1994. She
is one of the top six highest producers for RE/MAX
in the state of Texas and top 100 internationally.
She
specializes in luxury homes in north Dallas,
Plano, Frisco, McKinney and surrounding areas.
"Our buyers and sellers are among the
first in the nation to enjoy Private Websuites,
which use a password-protected system," says Ms.
McCutchin. "An
entire sales transaction can be provided on-line,
giving consumers access to all related paperwork
from contracts to inspections to title work and
more through their own private Web page."
The private Web suite provides a Web page
for buyers and sellers with all the information
affecting their home sale.
"My clients love the concept of having instant - and
private - access to buying and selling
procedures," says Ms. McCutchin. "They can
view - and interact - with all the information
- where ads are running, who is previewing their
property, where inspection and title papers are,
feedback from Realtors who have toured the
property - and much more.
It truly is the New Millennium of
residential real estate."
One home seller told Ms. McCutchin he had
"never dreamed a transaction could be so clean
and quick and efficient - an eye-opening
experience in great communications."
With
one of Texas' busiest RE/MAX offices located in
the Preston Road north-south venue called the
Golden Corridor and a well-equipped home office,
Ms. McCutchin has three full-time assistants,
including her marketing graphics designer -her
virtual assistant - in Salt Lake City.
A
recent R/E/T (Real Estate Technology) magazine
article describes her office as "an arsenal of
tech tools that could make even Bill Gates
envious." That
includes 11 computers networked with 17 phone
lines, a half-dozen digital cameras, personal
digital assistants (PDAs), laptops and a huge
assortment of high-end, customized software.
