Judy McCutchin is
featured speaker at national
real estate on-line convention and exposition
(Dallas, TX - June 2, 2002)
- Dallas Realtor Judy McCutchin was a featured
speaker at EXPO 2002 - the first completely
online real estate convention.
"The National Real Estate On-Line
Convention and Exposition, the first virtual event
of its kind and a major newsmaker in the industry,
attracted more than 25,000 real estate
practitioners over the five days of the event,"
says Ms. McCutchin, award-winning Dallas RE/MAX
associate.
The convention featured two general
sessions and more than 30 nationally recognized
real estate trainers, authors and industry experts
in six educational tracks: Top Networking
Trainers, Top Technology Authors, Top Commercial
Experts, Top International Pros, CyberAgent Tips
and Tricks and Major Industry Leaders.
Michael Russer (Mr. Internet) and Jim Young
(Founder: Realcomm) delivered keynote speeches
live with audience questions and feedback. Ms.
McCutchin spoke on using technology to better
connect and communicate with clients and providing
password-protected online communication centers,
virtual tours, multimedia presentations, online
chats and a web-enabled contact management system.
"We pride ourselves on having a virtual
office, so no matter where we may be - showing a
listing, delivering graphics or involved in
professional speaking engagements, we - as well
as access to all information and tools - are
readily available to clients," notes Ms.
McCutchin. "One
of our team members actually works seamlessly out
of her home in Utah."
"I can't emphasize enough the
importance of 'the human touch' with clients
and the personal approach to old-fashioned,
high-quality service," she adds.
"Technology only helps to enhance our
service to client and insure an efficient and
up-to-date resource base."
A recognized innovator in the cyber-tech
world, specifically focused on real estate, Ms.
McCutchin for some time has worked with Intel on a
variety of projects.
She currently is involved in a case study
for P4 processors focusing on how her team uses
laptops in the field to integrate their work. She
frequently is featured in articles in Kiplinger
magazine, Realtor Magazine, RealtyTimes, Inman,
Texas Realtor magazine, Real Estate Business
and office.com.
"This was a truly amazing and innovative
event and was sponsored by the Real Estate
CyberSpace Society, one of the fastest growing
real estate organizations in the world today,"
says Ms. McCutchin. "More than 4000 real estate
professionals from 26 countries have joined the
Society with more than 100 chapters worldwide.
Society executive director John M. Peckham
III said "The On-line Convention brought real
estate professionals all of the excitement and
features of a 'hard floor' convention.
Attendees learned from top-notch nationally
recognized speakers, viewed the latest products
and services at the On-Line Expo, networked at the
Convention's Virtual Networking Center and enjoyed
some fun and relaxation in the Convention On-line
Social Center."
The Real Estate CyberSpace Society, with
membership in 25 countries, provides members with
tools and services for maximizing their real
estate professionalism and effectiveness, plus a
networking connection for professionals from all
real estate specialties.
Nationally recognized by RE/MAX as a
Lifetime Achievement winner, Ms. McCutchin is a
long-time member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and
winner of the company's Platinum Club Award
yearly since 1994.
She is one of the top six highest producers
for RE/MAX in the state of Texas and top 100
internationally.
Ms. McCutchin specializes in luxury homes
in north Dallas, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and
surrounding areas.
"Our buyers and sellers are among the
first in the nation to enjoy Private Websuites,
which use a password-protected system," says Ms.
McCutchin. "An entire sales transaction can be provided on-line,
giving consumers access to all related paperwork
from contracts to inspections to title work and
more through their own private Web page."
The private Web suite provides a Web page
for buyers and sellers with all the information
affecting their home sale.
